Polo Leteka is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of IDF Capital. Polo is an accountant by training, and has diverse experience in both the Public and Private sectors of South Africa, which includes accounting and auditing, corporate finance, investment banking, public policy formulation, venture capital and private equity in the SME sector. At a fairly young age, Polo was tasked with leading the process of developing South Africa's first ever Codes of Good Practice on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE), which is a Government policy seeking to transform the South African economic landscape to be more reflective of its population demographics. As a result of this ground breaking work, which has changed how Corporate South Africa interacts with the rest of the economy, Polo is considered a thought leader in areas of economic transformation and development.

Mirriam Papo is the Chief Financial Officer of IDF Capital. In this role, she is responsible for the full accounting function, Treasury management, HR, compliance and system development and implementation. She started her career at Absa Ltd in 1999 as a trainee Chartered Accountant. Upon completion of her articles, she joined BDFM Publishers (Pty) Ltd (publishers of BusinessDay and Financial Mail) as a Management Accountant in October 2002. She formed part of the Exco Team of BDFM Publishers and African Business Channel (Pty) Ltd (broadcasters of Summit TV now BusinessDay TV, the Home Channel and Ignition). She was promoted to Financial Manager in July 2005 and was also appointed to the board of Big News for Small Business (Pty) Ltd, the position she held until 2013, when she joined IDF Capital.

Edgar Mashinini heads up the Post Investments Team at IDF Capital, working together with the Chief Operations Officer. Edgar started his career as a credit controller at Nedbank in 1997, and progressed to Rand Merchant Bank Agricultural futures trading desk from November 2004 until March 2005, where he was responsible for SAFEX compliance, trading asset register and monitoring trading mandates and dealer compliance with trading limits and rules. Edgar completed his BCompt (Acc) in 2004. He served his articles with Sizwe Ntsaluba VSP (Auditors), completing in January 2009. Edgar joined ABSA Ltd as a Financial Accountant from February 2009, and was responsible for securitization, use of interest rates swaps to hedge interest rate risk exposures, secured lending taxation, consolidated financial reporting for secured lending nationally and risk matrix monitoring for consolidated divisions. It was there that he was head hunted by Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd and became their Group Financial Accountant from October 2010 and he remained in that position until August 2014, working on consolidated reporting for Thebe capital’s investments and managing sinking funds, bank funding, investment appraisals, and financial analysis of investee companies. Edgar was appointed as the Financial Manager for IDF Capital in September 2014, and hence since grown to lead the Post Investments team.

Jabulile Mhlongo is the Financial Manager at IDF Capital, working with the Group CFO. Her role spans across overseeing accounting for all funds under management, treasury management, portfolio accounting and FAIS, NCR and other compliance. Jabulile holds a Bachelors in Accounting Science and Higher diploma in Accounting (CTA equivalent) at University of Witwatersrand. She did her articles at KPMG as an audit trainee in the Energy and Natural Resources department. She passed both her Board 1 and 2 exams on the first attempt. Upon completion of her articles in 2013, Jabulile worked within the Corporate Tax division of KPMG for 2 years as a Tax Consultant. She dealt with providing tax opinions, completing tax returns, and reviewing mining tax computations. In 2015, she worked at Bliss Holdings Group as the Group Accountant. In this time at Bliss, she managed the finance team and ensured the compliance with applicable statutory requirements. Jabulile is currently studying towards her Masters in Commerce - Taxation with University of Witwatersrand.

Tashinee Moodley is the investment manager at IDF Capital, working with the Group CIO. Whilst her role is primarily overseeing the investments team at IDF Capital, she also participates in a corporate advisory capacity for both corporates and SMEs at IDF Advisors. Tashinee completed her auditing articles at a medium sized audit firm, before taking on a consulting role at Eskom Enterprises. Tashinee also spent 7 years at Rand Merchant Bank working as a transaction manager in the Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team for 4 years, before taking on the role as senior credit analyst in their Investment Banking Division. She left RMB to pursue her MBA at GIBS, graduating with electives focussed on investment finance, advanced valuations, mergers & acquisitions, competitiveness & economic development, strategic finance and value creation. Tashinee joined IDF Capital in September 2016.
