Who we are

Bridging the gap

IDF is the missing middle for enterprises that have received sufficient preparation and require an appropriate partner in solidifying and growing their businesses.

In so doing, IDF bridges the gap between:

  • Entrepreneurs that seek an institutional partner to support them through their growth phase;
  • Investors attracted by a combination of commercial and social returns from investment in SMEs;
  • Public and private sector partners that are looking for meaningful, relevant initiatives to support through enterprise development, preferential procurement, and socio economic investment; and
  • Membership organizations that seek to provide access for their members to business opportunities.
