The support provided is tailored to respond to the needs of business at various growth stages and to the needs of the entrepreneur. The support comprises of 5 focus areas. Whether sourced from in-house capacity or third-party service providers, all support functions are administered by IDF Managers.

Business training

Training programmes comprising of modules such as financial management, marketing and operations management are provided at different levels to suit the enterprise's business stage. The training comprises of structured and tailored programmes in line with the enterprise's development plans.

Ongoing business advisory services

Our qualified business advisors are available to interact with you and your team regularly, to respond to your needs, and to ensure that the business achieves its growth objectives and the business targets as outlined in the development plan.

Coaching and mentorship

Through our network, businesses will be matched to appropriate mentors and coaches to assist entrepreneurs with the appropriate skills to grow their businesses, and to grow with their businesses.

Technical support

Technical support is procured for our portfolio companies from third-party service providers on a need basis.

Market access

IDF seeks to partner with its portfolio companies to strengthen its current client base, and to introduce the business to new clients both within and outside IDF’s current network of corporate relationships.
