Qualifying Criteria:

 

  • Provide confirmed Contract/PO from an established Supply Chain Corporate
  • Have a Verifiable Debtor Partner Invoice (Invoice Discounting)
  • Your business generates an Annual Turnover between R500k and R1million
  • Have a minimum of 6 Months of Trading History
  • Be SARS compliant

IDF Capital requires the following paperwork from your business before consideration for Cash-flow Financing:

 

  • Company Registration Documents
  • Latest FICA Documents (i.e Proof of residence, Certified ID copies of Directors, and Shareholders)
  • Confirmed Supplier Quotation and related documents
  • Confirmed Order and Supporting documents
  • Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
  • Minimum Last 3 Years Financial Statements
  • Up-to-date Management Account (up to last two months)
  • Other Information as may be Required
